Shipping and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not thrilled, we offer hassle-free returns.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the date of purchase to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@nevadasteer.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Nevada Steer sheds light on the often-overlooked rural beauty of Nevada. We tip our hat to the small towns and country folks.

Our story is your story

Ranching and retail

We are a ranching family who raises feeder cattle across the state of Nevada, but call the town of Yerington home. We grow a diversity of crops to sustain our animals as well as selling produce for human and animal consumption. In addition to the daily duties on the ranch and running a household, we are involved with a handful of western equine events and enjoy a healthy competition. Team roping, barrel racing and cutting horse competitions keep our family’s schedule full. We have three children, all who participate on the ranch. Our lives have been blessed with wide-open spaces, lessons in hard work and endless gratitude for a community that loves Nevada’s wild west.

Our mission

While many livestock owners in Nevada have their own registered brand, Nevada Steer was created to recognize an entire community. This is a brand that everyone can rally behind-a brand that encompasses all that live or support Nevada’s western lifestyle. We want to connect with those who have a love of animals and livestock. Let's give a nod to the working cattlemen and women, ranchers and sportsmen that preserve the cowboy way of life.
